    Tuesday Did a 15min recumbent bike ride this morning Then 3 hours of yard work an hour of it push mowing. Tweaked my back a little doing the yard work so rested from doing an evening exercise to stretch and loosen up the back

    Thursday Out of work late 10:45pm so made it a rest day Friday Busted my butt on part 3 of the second mountain on the elliptical. This one had some major incline (1 min 15 sec strength hiking, 1 min 15 sec speed) for 6 rounds 1.5 mins warm up and cool down

    No we had a friend that had been there few years back and bought the audio tour CD. See we popped that in the CD player in the rental and drove the audio tour route

    We got really close to your back yard we took 30 to 522 to 322 to get over to i80 to avoid some tolls. Was very scenic drive few nice mountains to go over also.

    We also hit Hanover, PA as my wife wanted to stop at a horse farm there that raises racing horses. We had a good time my young boys (5 & 3) got bored toward the end of Gettysburg but a 2 hour audio will do that lol

    Tuesday Hit part two of the second mountain in the series. Back to intervals today trainer on the program increased the time of interval but decreased the reps. So it was 1.5mins hike, 1.5 mins high intensity, 1.5 mins medium intensity ( repeated for 4 Rounds with 1 min warmup and cool down)...

    Sunday took as rest day after work to spend time with kids as work was nice enough to let me work 10-6 instead of the 1-930. Monday Weigh in down 3 more pounds this week 352.4 puts me down 7.6 pounds in 2 weeks
