Did a lighter setting on the bike to ease up on the legs but still got 21.94 miles in 60 mins. At this point for the miles for meals im almost to 70 miles total in 3 days

If i remember right ted nugent only uses a 50lb draw weight on his hunts, bear, deer, oryx and what ever else is on the ranch. Placement and arrow weight , broad head weight and type also play a big part into penetration on the an animal
Monday morning
Recumbent bike ride 60 mins 22.79 miles close to a PR i believe 22.98 was my best.
Thats a bunch of meals already on the first ride. 10 meals a mile for the miles for meals through MTN OPS. Going to try for another workout tonight

Light lifting dropped to 10lb dumbells

Bustin my ass at work last two days ive put 22 hours
Took last few days off to rest some soreness and aches . Starting monday for the miles for meals week long event. So want to be in good shape to put in a lot of miles for the bike and runs
