2.5 mile run today. First sub 10 min mile since my knee issues. Mile one 9:47 mile 2 , 10:23 not to bad slowly gaining speed back

Went to the property and cut (Axe) some more trees down. Trying to cut down what I can this winter so I don't get a ton of leaves growing on sections I plan to cut

We've had more ice then anything

3 mile run this morning started to rain snow and ice well I was out made for a slow last mile trying not to fall

Workout wise I've been running mondays Stationary bike Tuesday, elliptical Wed, Thursday or Friday run or stationary depending on weather. I took a few of days of this week cause of the ice storm fell a few times shoveling the drive way and was sore.
