Used to be quite a few rabbits between Laramie and Cheyenne. Haven't hunted up there in quite a few years but guessing they are still there.

It's different for some areas. Many of them have archery from September 1st-30th and rifle from October 15th-30th. There are exceptions to this so it is best to review the regulations when they come out this spring.

Anything OTC out west is going to be a crowded challenge or the tag will be in an area with little to no public access. A guy can still have fun trying though if you are looking for a challenge. I'm sure you are aware of Colorado OTC elk. It is high pressure but guys get it done every year...

I think it may be challenging to predict points required for 2022. Over 4k tags were cut last year and I anticipate further reductions will happen this year. If I were in your shoes I would research several areas that took 4-5 points in 2021 and then wait for quotas to come out prior to making...
