Modified the workout today... Bench & Overhead Press, Tricep Pushdowns BUT I did stairmaster HIIT instead of KB HIIT = 10, 30 second rounds at 110 floors per minute with 60 seconds rest between sets... brutal for a fat kid!

Agreed! From Tuesday onward I've fallen off the horse this week! Skipped workouts and my calorie deficit isn't where it should be. It's all work related and I'm climbing back on and putting those couple bad days behind me.
