Thanks all. Couple notes from the trip. 1) Good reminder the Merrimams are more like elk than turkeys. 2) The first pic is him coming at me from 100 yards out. He was in tow of three hens. Glassed them and got in their line of travel. 3) Had to let em pass then get behind and stalk him...

Precedence has been set in a few court cases already with drones with regards to "what do you own over your property lines" Its been generally ruled that your "private" airspace is up to your highest tree line. A drone lower than your highest tree line is an " invasion of privacy"
