It means the WY G&F are reintroducing bighorn sheep to a new hunting area. So in 8-10yrs or less they’ll a be huntable population.

Got the call yesterday afternoon my new LH RX8 showed up. Took 6 weeks to show up after ordering it which isn’t bad. It weighs a total of 5lbs with everything on it. I use a hip quiver so no extra weight added there. It’s suppose to be 65lb max but came from the factory at 67lbs bottomed...
