The WY Governor signed the bill yesterday. Bighorn Sheep will hopefully get reintroduced in 2026. Good news for the younger generation.

It means the WY G&F are reintroducing bighorn sheep to a new hunting area. So in 8-10yrs or less they’ll a be huntable population.

No it does not mean that. There is going to major hurdles still as the Dept. is not on board until the BLM is. Also, the area landowners are not happy at all.

It also isn't a good thing that livestock is taking precedent over wildlife.
