Avoiding bathrooms is unavoidable when you are a 68 year old male. Wait for it....you'll see what I mean.I try to avoid the bathrooms at convenience store if at all possible...

Good for you Marcus...go for it. I've only run a couple marathons, but have probably done the half distance hundreds of times while just running for the pure joy of it. Get a good pair of running shoes and replace them long before you think they are worn out and your knees will thank you. My old shoes are then relegated to non-running activities. Make the time to run daily if possible, and stagger your routine; short, long, fast, slow, etc.Im pushing to do a half marathon for the first time this year. This is only my second time running 10 or more miles. I getting there forsure hopefully we can have some none virtual races this fall my dictors state
I switch my shoes out every 3 months or so and old ones become my gym shoes or elliptical shoes. I run every other day to give the knees a rest day. Off days i ride my bike.Good for you Marcus...go for it. I've only run a couple marathons, but have probably done the half distance hundreds of times while just running for the pure joy of it. Good for you! Still to snowy for hill work around here but soon!started my hill work this morning. i forgot how steep the hill was. the herd of elk i spotted made the hill funner.
I am lucky where i live in idaho. steep right out of the house. my house is on a cliff and i have some steep spines that come done right next to me.Good for you! Still to snowy for hill work around here but soon!
Thats awesone for to live with the views of wildlife close to homeI had a fun ride last night, then came home to a dozen elk in the field and a couple of black bears on the hill side. a black and a chocalate. i could not tell if sow with a cub or a male and a female, they where 1000 yards out, but swaro 15x's get you close. the black one was big, defintately some distance between its ears.
