Push day today!
Bench Press, Squat, Overhead Press, Walking KB Lunges, Dips - 15 Minute KB/Calisthenic METCON

Feeling like I've got my diet pretty well dialed - managing 2K calories a day pretty well (500 calorie deficit) now I just need to focus on consistency with my workouts, especially cardio!

Some times i think the added rest time and sleep makes the body reset and help the metabolism keep going strong
Agreed! From Tuesday onward I've fallen off the horse this week! Skipped workouts and my calorie deficit isn't where it should be. It's all work related and I'm climbing back on and putting those couple bad days behind me.

Dood! Nice work, always admired runners.
Im pushing to do a half marathon for the first time this year. This is only my second time running 10 or more miles. I getting there forsure hopefully we can have some none virtual races this fall my dictors state
