Lifted 35 mins. Then did 30 min Hiit video

Shoulder press 3x10 40lbs
Bicep curls 3x10 40lbs
Tricep press 3x10 40lbs
Leg extension 3x15 50lbs
Sit ups 3x40

Incline bench 3x10. 65lbs
2x10 115lbs.
Wife spotted for me since she was home which is rare when i lift and with my shoulder injury from a year and half ago i dont like going to heavy with out spotter.

Squats 2x10. 115lbs
Calf raises 2x10. 115lbs
Deadlift 3x10 115lbs
Leg curls 3x10 50lbs
Bent row 3x10 40lbs

Nice speed pickup for this time of year.
Like we talked last summer. Add some variety to your running schedule once this weather breaks. You've added hills, but perhaps doing some intermittent sprints as well as long runs would really jump-start your training.

Yeah this time of year hard to get distance not much lighted paths around here. I have pushed to try more 4 and 5 milers. Added a hill pretty much to every route i run now. The intermittent sprints make since i just have a hard time getting my mental state well running to do that.

Wanted to run so bad but worked a 13 hour day and wife wanted me to stay in houee and watch boys for a bit.

So rode recumbent bike 60 min cross training setting 21.9 miles

Working 6 days this week. Worked today which is normally a day off for work and workouts. Since i already worked and have my day off tomorrow for the week figured us tomorrow for a complete rest day.

Ran tonight was nice in the 40's and got to run a different (summer) route as it was still light out when i went and no snow.
