Continue studying draw stats and did Abs.
Starting to hit the runs with bit more intensity as I want to shave 5 minutes off my best time in the toughest 1/2 marathon in the country this May. This will be a real challenge.

Saturday did some tire flipping and some basketball with the family.

Today no workout. The boy and I had WWII day at the range. We shot his Mosin and M1 carbine and I took the enfield and garand. I probably have the only 10 year old that's this ate up with WWII history. He's all ready saving for his next rifle.

Wednesday

Took advantage of the short-lived 40 degrees and ran 11 miles while focusing on the hills with speed work. My hammies are screaming as I type this. Great stuff. Can't wait to carry out my elk this fall!!

Oh, and more Abdominal work. :)
Some carry the washboard while others carry the load. I'm working on a promotion! LOL

I try run in moderation, but really push it when I do.
Most hotels have a small gym, but I often take a medium band with me for some exercises. Carries me over.
