Got in a run was chilly 22 mph wind making the windchill 5 degrees but was nice run. The snow and ice make these runs go a bit slower but man do my legs feel the burn. My last miles alwayd my slowest cause the route i take has a big hill at 2.2 miles in and climbing it on the snow and ice is tough

Back to the gym yesterday after letting my knee settle down for about 2 weeks. Felt pretty good did some snatches. 135lbs every minute for 18 minutes. Then a circuit of cleans and pushups as many as possible in 7 minutes.

Went for it bone collector did a 60 min ride on my recumbent bike cross training setting got 21.7 miles

Deadlifts, V bar pull-ups, DB Rows
Skull crushers, lying DB tri extentions, kickbacks
Traps and ABS.
It was a good workout. Starting to see some improvements from an exercising and diet tweaking.

Thursday 5 rounds of 5 minutes of rowing for Max distance with 5 minutes of rest between each round, 6375 meters

Boys are with here parents so after concert were doing a weekend away to go stay in a nice town we like to visit

Too much snow on sidewalks and trail so I opted for the treadmill:
10 mile run at moderate pace 86 minutes or 8:40 avg pace.
Oh yeah, and Abs. :)

I've had ACL reconstruction on both of them about 15 years ago I'm highschool and college, so I'm probably due for some maintenance

we used the sleds, to access a burn from a couple of years ago. snowshoed around there for awhile yesterday.
Doing my exercise vids in the morning before work.

3x10 bench
3x10 mlitary press
3x10 bicep curls
3x10 chest fly
3x10 tricep press
3x40 bicycle crunches
3x10 leg curls
3x10 leg extension
3x10 calf raises
3x10 squats
3x10 deadlift

Wanted to run but was raining

Rode recumbent bike 60 mins got 22.1 miles
