Having the weights at home is great, cuts workout time in half. My wife has started working out with me in the evening, put the baby to bed, bring the monitor to the garage and start lifting. Works great.What is portaging?
I've been doing really well with my 5x5 workout since buying a power rack. The safety bars are nice to have when I'm lifting alone. It's great having the ability to do squats as well. I'm actually in a cut mode right now. As soon as I started lifting my weight and strength went up. Guess I was just a chubby stronger guy now. I'm down 7lbs since May 26th while continuing to hold my strength. Still at all time highs on all my lifts. Not sure what my maxes are but still able to do 5 sets of 5
