Weekend was spent at inlaws cleanning out there crap room as they call it. They are getting read to sell the house and move .

Monday
Great run this morning lifted afterwards

Incline bench 3x10 115, 120, 125lbs

Tuesdays workout was taping up the dinning room and getting the first coat put on second coat tomorrow and should be good

The one day I leave the house, both drivers side car tires flat, 5 degrees, wait for diesel to warm up, skip stretching to make up time and what do you know, I now have a grade 1-2 muscle strain in my quad. Any of you 40 year olds tell me how long that might take to heal. 🤪

Always warmup especially in the cold. Hope you heal up quick those quad strains suck. Sound like you had a crappy day like my crappy week last week.

Dryer went out weekend before ordered for deliver wednesday last week. Started touching up paint in the house for appraisal. Used wrong paint in dinning room cause me to repaint the whole dinning room, dryer shows up installers suck and i have to redo the vent in back gouging my fit bit on the metal(got replaced free thanks amazon) find out hour after delievery guys leave they cracked our toliet in the install and it was leaking on the floor. Then my abs line went out on my car. Was a crappy week last week with alot of extra work that had me skip a few workouts to get the painting done.

Just realized i havent updated my weight in awhile. I was down to 219.8lbs end of October. Then over november and December gained some pounds to 225 some from lifting some i think was due for a stall after so long of losing.

Any way had my appoint with surgeon on Jan 12th. Talked and she wants me done near 200 pounds to hit my bmi under 30 by July appointment so i can stay at that for 6 month so January thennhavebskin removal surgery to help with my belly button issues. But asked about my weight not moving from my last appointment with them and mentioned lifting she was kinda not believing me so asked for me to come into the office and have body compassion test done. It came out at 18.8 percent body fat. Arms were at 16 percent legs aroind 17 percent. Healthy range was between 17-23 for my age. Wish i knew what it was before surgery. We also talked fluid intake and found i wasnt getting enough only 60oz they want me around 120oz. So ive worked on that im around 90-100oz the last 2 weeks

Weight im back down to 219.8 over the last 2 weeks thats a loss of 5 pounds. So back into the loosing

Even though I haven't been posting it up here, I have been really consistent with my program. Did Back/Biceps this morning, dedicated cardio tomorrow morning.
