Next Monday starts my time getting back to the heavy weights and that circuit. I am going to modify my 13 day circuit up to 15 days, we will see though. I have to spend about 30 minutes looking it over and re-evaluating.

Well my whole situation just got monkey wrenched. Wife tested postive we are quarantined till dec 13th. So no working or anything stuck in the house going to be an interesting few weeks. She is doing well though

Yeah taking today and yesterday off after pushing hard on the miles for meals for 7 straight days last week. Going to work on some home projects ive been avoiding or not had time for and luckily have a few friends we can ask to grab milk and bread for us. Other wise my freezer is well stocked and fridge as well. Only thing that really sucks is it killed my deer camp trips for gun season pretty much ends my deer season

Covid update me and my youngest sons test came back negative but my oldest sons came back postive. So two cases in the house at this point

I got into a good grove this year with my summer routine and will modify it somewhat for the winter.

Summer
Monday - Bodypump
Tuesday - 6 mile run or off
Wednesday - Bodypump
Thursday - 6 mile run
Friday - Off
Saturday - Bodypump and 6 mile run
Sunday - 6 mile run

Winter
Monday - Bodypump
Tuesday - Cycle class
Wednesday - Bodypump
Thursday - Cycle class
Friday - Off
Saturday - Total Fitness class (burpees, sprints, etc.)
Sunday - Total Fitness class

I admit a day or two will get missed if the birds are migrating. The summer routine cut 16 lbs. I'm hoping to cut 15 by easter.
