Recumbent bike ride 60 mins 22.79 miles close to a PR i believe 22.98 was my best.
Thats a bunch of meals already on the first ride. 10 meals a mile for the miles for meals through MTN OPS. Going to try for another workout tonight
Just got back from about 12 days of elk hunting, most of them I wasn't actually the shooter. Not sure i lost weight but shivering a bunch of times burned a bunch of calories. I will get back to the grind Monday morning as I am still catching up on sleep.
My workout today consisted of eating a bag of gummy bears to celebrate the end of my hunting season. My dad may kill a doe yet, but that won't be that big of a deal. Back to the grind Monday morning, it's going to feel good to hit the deadlifts/squats/cleans/bench regularly again.
