fun, but tough weekend in spike camp.
peddled in friday night in a tshirt.
went to bed with a moose grunting, got woke up at 3 am with his moon shadow on my tipi. pretty cool seeing the antlers reflecting on the tipi, scary also,
i was putting a stalk on a small bull elk, when the storm hit. burned most of my wood the rest of saturday waiting out the storm. the wind got the wolves howling, it is cool and wierd being serranated by wolves for hours. wind and fog and rain made hunting tough. but i was making tea sunday afternoon at spike camp and caught movement on the far hillside. wolf at 415 yards. it was gone before i could set up for shot. i will say having your middle finger splinted makes doing everything hard.

Weigh in 221.4 down 0.6 pounds this week.

Officially have dropped 143.6 pounds since my high weigh in July 2019. Had my first in office visit with my surgeaon since covid today 9 months post op and my blood pressure with out meds is 118/68. And we agreed till skin remove happens my goal weight will be 200 pounds which is what I always kinda had in mind.


Also here's my update on my lifting that I started back the first week of July with some great advice and plan. Pictures are Aug 7, sept 7 and October 7 its amazing what the transformation looks like.32408
