Still doing pushups and situps. Need to start getting more walks in though. Finally totally better from Influenza A, that sucked really bad!

Row, run, eliptical 2 days ago.
Full body workout yesterday.

I think Im gonna come up with a new workout plan to fight boredom. Use the below for 10 days or so then change it up. I normally do an extended push/pull.

Chest/ Tri / Core
Back / Bi / Core
Legs / Shoulders / Core

I struggle with boredom in the gym to keep the brain fresh and motivated. Here is my new chest /tri / core for the next 2 weeks.

All body stretch
5 min med pace walk warmup
5 min run warmup

Flat bench / cable crossover level
Incline bench w/dumbells cable xover low to hi
Dips/ cable xover hi to low
Pushups banded single arm crossover

Close grip pin press
Pushaway drags
Extensions straight bar
Extensions dumbells hammer
Skull crushers
Double arm behind neck extensions w/dumbell

Planks (forward double arm, single arm x 2)
Hill climbers
6 inchers with double leg raise
Medicine ball twists / raised crossed legs

SUNDAY - Replaced axles under trailer, greased tractor and all of the trailers, pruned fruit trees, changed oil in two vehicles and put air in all the spare tires. Started at daylight and ended at dark and it felt like it was all out of position using muscles I dont normally use. lol

Almost cut my damn trigger finger off with the Stihl pruning shears. Wow...these things are sharp. Ya, I know....dont ask it just happened...I still have blood on the side of my truck...
