Recumbent bike 25 mins 8.8 miles

Raked up some of the piles of leaves in my yard from last fall and got them to the curb

Tuesday
Recumbent bike 10 mins 3.6 miles
And some dumbell lifting focus on arms

Did some house work changed faucet, and some other minor repairs

Here's a couple I've been working on. I don't run because I'm not afraid of anything!

No rest between exercises = 90 seconds rest between rounds OR Tabata for 3 rounds

Monday/Wednesday
KB swings - 1 minute
Burpees or DB Thrusters - 1 minute
Alternating DB or KB Single Arm Snatch - 1 minute
Battle Ropes or Med Ball Slams - 1 minute
Farmer Walk/Carry - 1 minute

Tuesday/Thursday
KB Swings-1 minute
KB High Pull (squat to upright row) - 1 minute
Double KB or sandbag Squat to Clean and Press - 1 minute
KB Goblet Squats -1 minute
KB Waiter's Carry/Overhead carry - 1 minute

Do these after your lifting or if your busy by themselves... 3 rounds should take no longer than 20 or 30 minutes.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday
Church, Family Time, Hiking, Hunting, Fishing, Dog Training, Shooting = Mental and Physical Recovery!

31 mile bike ride this morning. 101 miles within the past 24 hours. I tried to do it in one session yesterday but I had to pickup the kids from school and prepare/cook pronghorn burgers for dinner. Now off to work with my hunting dog which I really enjoy!

Bicep curls 2x12
Tricep curls 2x12
Shoulder press 2x12
Standing row with bands 2x20
Wall pushups 2x15
