Here's a couple I've been working on. I don't run because I'm not afraid of anything!
No rest between exercises = 90 seconds rest between rounds OR Tabata for 3 rounds
Monday/Wednesday
KB swings - 1 minute
Burpees or DB Thrusters - 1 minute
Alternating DB or KB Single Arm Snatch - 1 minute
Battle Ropes or Med Ball Slams - 1 minute
Farmer Walk/Carry - 1 minute
Tuesday/Thursday
KB Swings-1 minute
KB High Pull (squat to upright row) - 1 minute
Double KB or sandbag Squat to Clean and Press - 1 minute
KB Goblet Squats -1 minute
KB Waiter's Carry/Overhead carry - 1 minute
Do these after your lifting or if your busy by themselves... 3 rounds should take no longer than 20 or 30 minutes.
Friday/Saturday/Sunday
