hey boys long time no talk. Hitting the Gym three days a week currently. 30 min cardio and then low weight high intensity workouts to burn off the holidays lol
Treadmill walk tonight 15 mins upped the speed to 1.5mph tried to go a hair faster but my body told me no so left it at 1.5. Building my strength back up feeling better with each passing day. Post op appt on the 23rd
