Dropped my daughter off at soccer and hiked back home, loaded up to 57lbs.

Still at it here. Now doing 6800-7000 meters on the rower every night. Heading out on the 18th.

Got a good chest and tricep workout in this morning. My next decision is how much to do on Thursday and Friday as I have a really big hike in on Saturday morning.

Legs for 55 mins this morning. Finally feeling decent again after 5 days of flu-like & sinus crap.
Slept through my alarms this morning, but...that means that I got a great night of sleep. Which is important for recovery.
Well deadlifts this morning, last workout before 6 days deer hunting. Hopefully the work makes the fun work a bit easier.

Chest for 30 mins then the same 2.19 mile hike from soccer fields to the house. Did it .12mph faster and was loaded up 7lbs heavier today, pack weight 64lbs
Wednesday
No workout sick kids and a broken faucet in the kitchen. Took forever to figure out how to and get the old one out never done it before.
Thursday
Still sick kid. Got new faucet then had to run back to hardware store 2 time cause of supply lines being to short and then bought a set with wrong size ends on it. Backs sore from working under the sink Finally finished it and made dinner.
30 min recumbent bike 10.68 miles

Still at it between a few archery whitetail hunts. Been warm but that's ok. 6 days till chasing those crazy Elk? Or is it crazy me chasing Elk? Either way its all good.
