7 thrusters
7 sit ups/ knees to elbows
7 deadlift
7 burpee
7 kettlebell swings or medicine ball twists
7 bent over rows.
7 rounds of the above with a 1+30 ( or 1+00 or none) rest in between each round.

I think it’s the only thing that keeps manybof us doing it...Thanks everyone!!! During the sandbag carry on a 60% slope I was just thinking “man i hope this 75lbs on my back turns into an elk quarter in 3 months”
Oh dont confuse it........we are all idiots.......working out so that we can load up and put ourselves through the pain of a pack out.I think it’s the only thing that keeps manybof us doing it...
That is a pretty rough shift to be working! You will get it down, your consistency has been very admirable thoughout this thread and and often that is what keeps people heading back to the gym!Getting back into the work out groove. Slowly figuring out how to get time in with this crappy 1-930pm shifts im on and with 30 min drives home its at least 10pm before im home.
