4 pounds exactly away from high school weight. I'm actually really happy that I didn't go up after last week, spent 5 days in the truck constantly driving 12 hours a day, so I expected the scale to tick up a number, or two. That's a win to not go backwards!
3 hours of baseball yesterday, thinking a bike ride today after church.

Keep up the good work everyone!

7 push ups
7 thrusters
7 sit ups/ knees to elbows
7 deadlift
7 burpee
7 kettlebell swings or medicine ball twists
7 bent over rows.

7 rounds of the above with a 1+30 ( or 1+00 or none) rest in between each round.

That will check your " elk shape"

47 days till the archery opener.

2019 Spartan Palmerton in the books, 8 miles, 87 degrees, 3350’ of vertical gain. Was a tough one, back held up well until the bucket brigade about mile 7, was hurting after that but finished strong. 2019 Trifecta complete, Aroo!!

That is a pretty rough shift to be working! You will get it down, your consistency has been very admirable thoughout this thread and and often that is what keeps people heading back to the gym!

I got a pretty good squat day in this morning, have switched now to lighter weight with more reps and will do that all the way until January. Unless Bonecollector has some insight otherwise ha.
If he gets on here lol. Seems to be taking a vacay from us lol
