Thanks fellas!!! I left nothing out there that's for sure. I was hurting and everything was burning haha. Just hoping I can repeat it Sunday when it counts.

Tues

Cleared out the spot in the basement and cleaned it for the new commercial grade elliptical that is being dropped off and assembled tomorrow and helped the wife put together her new treadmill also.

This is my trade off with the wife for going on my bear hunt in Canada again in September 2020. She wanted a high end elliptical and a treadmill I figured it was a far trade

Wednesday

30 mins recumbent bike did pikes peak setting forgot how rough that climb is. 10.5 miles

Then tried out a short 10 mon walk on the treadmill.

I'm not a treadmill fan for running but I'll use it to walk on. It's kinda narrow for my big damn feet. The elliptical is sweet found out it comes with a year subscription to ifit and wife had fun with doing the trail jogging this evening I think we will both enjoy the new elliptical.

Not all rearranged yet but they are up and working

The doc told me i am where i should be in regards to my ankle. However i was experiencing some pain in the achilles. I never had that issue before. I went to a chiropractor\kinesology guy. He basically just scraped on my achilles for 20 minutes with some tool and man did it feel better.

More physical therapy today. This will be the first memorial day weekend without whitewater in, i can't remeber when. kind of bummed about that.

major difference in riding mellow flat paved roads and whitewater. but I will find a mellow float, just not any adrenaline involved in mellow floats though.

With a time like that and still coming in third there must have been some pretty fast cats on that course! Fantastic job Tim!
I?m hoping to be in 21 minutes this year during one of my 5K races

Had a nice camping weekend with the kids, wife and my parents and siblings. caught some blue gills fishing in the lake at the campground and did some walks. Did some reading of eastmans magazine and just relaxed.

Been majorly stressed out last month as I'm going to have to make a tough decision as far as work is concerned. I was informed a few weeks ago that my mid shifts 7-3 or 9-5 shifts are no longer going to be part of the system it's either 5am-130 or 1-930pm shifts being I'm 6th in seniority even with 8years I was told I'm getting the 1-930 shifts and they were taking away my days I had off also sunday and monday and giving me Monday Tuesday. So it screws up my family life as sunday was my day off with the wife and our travel day to visit our parents which are hour and half drive one way. And the late shift also involves me not seeing my wife and kids on those nights as they are in bed by time I would get back and gone by time I was up. So been my free time has involved applying for new jobs as this new change starts last week of June. Wife told me by end of August if I still dont have something we will have me stay home with the boys and try and make it on her salary till I find something so i can see my family.

I did have a recheck with my doctor and my cholesterol med (10mg Lipitor ) working I went from 234 with bad at 174. To now I'm 151 and bad are 104. Doctor was very happy and leaving me on it till my next physical. New blood pressure med is kinda working I was at 137/74 @ my recheck which is down from the 146/84. I told him some of it's the stress from work and he agreed and said it's high end of normal so left me on the med till next physical.
