Been resting the knee with a few ski days thrown in mix because it's winter, and I can't just not ski haha I went for a short jog last night and it felt terrible. I think I am going to have to reschedule my MRI that I canceled....
Hope u get better soon

Keep us posted. Leg (knee) injuries and skiing are a bad combination. Be careful.

Go get that thing taken care of. I had mine scoped when I was in college and it still going strong in spite of my best attempts playing hockey, horrible packouts, etc. to test it.

Yeah I fully know this and kinda figure I can't make it too much worse. Oddly enough it has felt much better after skiing than it did after a 1.5 mile jog. And I ski pretty hard and aggressive.

It's pretty ironic to me how good running is for your heart, but how high impact it can be on the rest of your body.

I have found that I gravitate towards other ways to get my heart rate up the older I get. Running is just becoming too hard on my joints. Brisk hikes with weight on my back get my rate up almost the same. 12 minute miles aren't fast but seem to be working good for my body.

My knees won't take the running either. Going to start rucking. Thinking about doing a go ruck event sometime. Flipping my big tire gets my heart rate going too. Especially when I do some sledge hammer swings on it too

By far the most enjoyable way for me to work the cardio is mountain biking. I get to go fast and jump things but I still have to work to get to the top of mountain

taking the garbage out can be very dangerous. I made a turn around my plow taking out the garbage and rolled my ankle pretty good. nice golf ball on the side of it. Been awhile since I have done one this bad. oh well.

Went for run really chilly 19 with nice wind. Didnt feel the greatest after mile mark 1.75 my shins and calves really tensed up. To the point my right foot went completely numb tingling feeling and left foot was starting to. Not sure if this was cold related or time to switch out the shoes. Last few runs i have been getting the tingling feeling in just the right foot but not as bad as tonights run. Stretched it out really well after hoping that helps it a bit
