I don't know why I take a small break between archery and 4th rifle......should just stay in the gym.
Good to hear. You have your hunt alreadyFinally able to fully workout unhindered. I've got 2 descent runs in over the past week. Both 6.5mi under 1 hour.
I was able to maintain most of my running and lifting levels through some maintenance exercises.
Sunday W/O:
Worked up to 225lb x 5reps x 3sets on Flat Bench
Followed up by a superset of Pushups and Traps.
