A good rum Marcus, and I have to hand it to you for sticking with it. I hope that you reward yourself once in a while for all your hard work, (just don't get carried away as you can out eat any workout.)
I do i have a tub of low sugar frozen yogurt in the freezer. And some low calorie popsicles and of course the wife and kids have some candy in the house so there are things i can have for rewards. My reward getting back from that run was a water bottle i was definitely tell i had lost a lot of water on that run. Might be time to invest in a small bottle for runsA good rum Marcus, and I have to hand it to you for sticking with it. Nice work, that is a LLOOOOTTTT of weitght in a short time!I'm down to 216 this morning. Total 55 pounds lost since January 31st. 6 pounds from my goal! My average for the last month has been 5.3 miles per day and average calorie intake is at 1325 per day. I plan to slowly start to shift my plan into muscle gain and increasing calories slightly. If anyone has advice on this, I'm all ears. I know my body will want to reverse the process if I'm not careful.
You definitely want to be careful especially with that much loss in that short amount of time. Would be quite a bit to type but feel free to PM me if you wish and maybe we can connect by phone to walk you through some tips.I'm down to 216 this morning. Hilltop; I don't have photos, but after trying a few different ways to carry water, what I liked the best was a VERY SMALL fanny type pack that had a pocket for a water bottle on each side of the pouch. I carried my .380 in the pouch after a miscreant that I had arrested numerous times in the past tried to run me off the road that I was jogging on. No kidding! I'd gone toe to toe with this guy and always won, so I guess that he figured a pickup truck was a good equalizer.I haven't ever carried a water bottle while running due to comfort- never could find a way to carry something without it bothering me. Can anyone post pics or describe comfortable ways to carry? ... #215 this morning.
