Rode recumbent bike 30 min on cross training setting got 9 miles

Saturday

Had family reunion to go to and ended up playing some softball and basketball

Sunday
Rode recumbent bike 30 mins on ride in the park setting 8 miles

Tabata workout
Mountain climbers
High knee
Squats
Jumping jacks

Abs crunches 3 sets 30
Bench press 3 sets 10
Chest fly 3 sets 10
Biceps curl 2 sets 10
Lateral raises 2 sets 10

Havent run since last sundays race hoping to fit some in this week was kinda nice resting the knees after that run.

Been hard of late as hunting season is here and day light is gone faster to get in runs.

First distance run in about a week and half not to bad a time considering it was dark out. Have a small loop i run laps to get my 3 miles and is mostly lit by the street laps

Well,,, I did some of the best exercising last week- I hiked all over Wyoming killing 3 antelope! :)
Took a few days of to recover and got back into the swing of things last night.
Chest, Biceps, Traps.

Monday: ran mile on treadmill, walked 11% grade @ 3MPH for 10 additional minutes
Tuesday: P90x chest/back, Ab-Ripper
Wednesday: Ran mile on treadmill again, then walked at steep grade
Thursday: P90x shoulders and arms, Ab-Ripper
Today: 12 minutes on stair climber, then 10 minutes walking on the mill

Need to kick it in gear...20 days until lift-off!

Yard work and mowing for about 2 hours

Saturday
Split wood for 2.5 hours

Today was weight in day. Not a good day at all. Gained back 4.4 pounds this week back to 275.8. My eatting was very bad this week and i know i got to get back to eatting right. Then i also think my sleep deprevation this week has also not helped.

Sunday run then went for a walk with the family down to the park. Let my oldest son burn off some energy

Rode recumbent bike 30 min on cross training setting got 9.8 miles

Did a tabata workout before biking. Sets were. Burpees, high knee, jumping squats, and jumping jacks.

Then also did arm and ab workouts

Supposed to hit the gym, but had to fix daughter's car but then went track/drag a doe deer out of a ravine for my FIL. It was a good workout!
