This afternoon/evening - Push Day for the kids, I will do Bench, Squat, Thrusters and Step-ups. When I get home I will load the baby into the pack and the wife and I will climb the ridge behind the house before dinner. Nice weather has me wanting to be outside putting in more realistic work like climbing hills and running ridges with a pack on. The crux is the fishing is starting to get really good and I also want to be shed hunting so I save those for the weekends and put in work during the week.
