Doing my weekly night ride on the bicycle last night. This kept going thru my mind: where the f*** did old man winter go? This lack of winter sucks big time.

Wednesday shoveled the driveway out from the winter storm advisory. Was enough

Thursday morning shoveled again and then had to shovel wnd of the driveway when i got home from the plows. Then rode the recumbent bike 6 miles in 20 mins on rolling hills setting.

Today rode the recumbent bike 8.5 miles in 30 mins on rolling hills.

Still doing good with the calories and stayin under my goal

56 degrees outside in Idaho. We are already having to drive up the mountain to unload for sledding. typically we don't drive up the road until spring in april.

My update

Saturday 7.6 miles on the recumbent bike on rolling hills setting 25 mins.

Sunday 4.3 miles on the recumbent bike on rolling hills 15 mins
Also did ab exercise
2 sets 25 crunches
2 sets 25 bicycle crunches
2 sets 10 leg lifts knee straight each leg alternating
10 lunges each leg

Arm/chest exercise
2 sets 10 bicep 30# resistance bands
2 sets 10 rowing 30lbs resistance bands

Today was also weigh in day lost 3 lbs this past week. That puts me down 30 lbs in 5 weeks

Glad i have started this and im very happy with my progress so far and feeling lots better already. Been good staying under my calories goal of 1500 with help from the exercise to get my total back under 1500 if i went over on eating. This past week was a little bit harder on me for my calorie in take was definitely have a lot more hunger cravings. Not sure if its from the exercising or just the body try to back to old habits.

Cant wait for turkey season to get hear

Looking good Marcus! Remember, listen to your body. It's a life style change so don't rush it.
I agree, I too am pumped for spring turkey. Bought a decoy over the weekend. :)

Great weight circuit this morning.

Super set 1 - 4x6
Close Grip Bench
Face Pulls
Lateral Raise

Super Set 2 - 3x12
Incline DB Press
Lat Pull downs
Dips
Bent Rows

Handstand Pushups - 1 AMAP

1 mile jog

This afternoon/evening - Push Day for the kids, I will do Bench, Squat, Thrusters and Step-ups. When I get home I will load the baby into the pack and the wife and I will climb the ridge behind the house before dinner. Nice weather has me wanting to be outside putting in more realistic work like climbing hills and running ridges with a pack on. The crux is the fishing is starting to get really good and I also want to be shed hunting so I save those for the weekends and put in work during the week. Keep your goals in sight and your progress steady! Best of luck this week.

Good work Grizz.
I agree, the nicer weather has me wanting to walk and shed hunt instead of running the hills.

Tire flipping was the hub, 2 rounds of that madness. By summer's end I am supposed to be doing 5 rounds.
