Been working on my squats and it is killing me. Good news is my knees are feeling a lot better.

Friday Morning Workout... ZZZZZzzzzzzZZZZZzzzz! I was wiped out after being at school till late on Thursday night. I honestly think that sometimes you have to recognize when your body needs extra sleep. Gonna hit it hard tomorrow morning for a grind session weight circuit.

Superset x3
1. Bench Press 10 reps
2. Decline Pushups - 25 reps
3. Incline Dumbbell Press 5 reps

Superset x3
1. Thrusters 10 reps
2. Handstand Pushups AMAP
3. Tricep Pushdowns 10 reps

Superset x3
1. Squat 10 reps
2. Leg Press 10 reps
3. Weighted Step Ups 20 reps

Dips w/or w/o weight - AMAP

I worked last night...slept for a few hours...then straight to gym...now relaxing till kids get out of school (then the real workout begins haha).

i just downed a monster chicken breast baked covered smothered in bbq sauce, onions and mushrooms, and a huge pile of red mashed potatoes with skin on with garlic lots of butter and shredded cheese melted in to it. just sayin:) oh and an ice cold Coors to help wash it down. the gym has been calling my name!!!!

Thursday 8.3 miles rolling hills 30 mins.

Friday 7.6 miles ride in the park 25 mins. Not sure what im going to do yet today

Took sunday off to go to a deer and turkey expo booked a Ontario bear and wolf hunt well we were there. Weigh in was sunday also down another 4.5 pounds making my total 27 pounds in 4 weeks so far

30 Min. run this morning with the wife. Only covered about three miles, like I've said before we run slow. Time to throw some weight in the pack and go lookin' for bone now too. I really admire you guys who can go out and crank out five to ten miles of running, I've never in my life been able to run much past about four. I hate running, in fact one of my students asked me one time if I run and my reply was, "nope, not scared of anything."

Nice work on the lb lost.
The hunt is with EAI outdoors talked to Ed at the show. We booked for 2018 so my brother and dad could get the funds together and we had time to work around it. Its near dryden Ontario. If you want more info pm me i can send yeah some more info

I did about 100 squats this morning of varying light weight. Kettlebell swings, some oblique work and some tricep extensions as well for a fast weights session this morning.
