This morning's circuit and this afternoon's power session. 12 laps around the track is one mile, boring but effective, that's why I break it up.
Squat - 50 reps - Body Weight or Resistance bands as fast as you can go.

Step ups w/barbell - 50 reps each leg: Use a weight you struggle with but can hit the reps. I use 75's and my grip is gone by the time I hit 50.

Mtn. Climbers - 100: 50 regular & 50 cross knee to opposite hand/wrist.

250 Flutter Kicks - point your toes!
This Circuit should take less than an hour. My wife and I are pretty slow runners and we did this in 50 minutes this morning.
Push Day - Go Heavy with little to no rest between sets! Build that power and max working load.
