Did 11 mins on my bike set on rolling hills setting got 2.6 miles. And been under my 1500 calories each of the last 4 days

Rode the bike for me 15 mins got 3.75 miles. Then did some arm and chest sets with the resistance band i bought. Has 30# resistance.

Rode again today 20 minutes on pike peak setting got 5.4 miles. Definitely a strong effort knowing my calories were going to be a little higher due to the big game. Also did some more arm and shoulder workouts with my resistance band.

Today was way in day for me and i dropped another 6.4 pounds. Making 18.4 pounds lost in two weeks so far.

This morning's circuit and this afternoon's power session. 12 laps around the track is one mile, boring but effective, that's why I break it up.

Squat - 50 reps - Body Weight or Resistance bands as fast as you can go.
6 laps
Split Squats - 25 reps each leg - Go Deep!
6 laps
Step ups w/barbell - 50 reps each leg: Use a weight you struggle with but can hit the reps. I use 75's and my grip is gone by the time I hit 50.

Mtn. Climbers - 100: 50 regular & 50 cross knee to opposite hand/wrist.

250 Flutter Kicks - point your toes!
This Circuit should take less than an hour. My wife and I are pretty slow runners and we did this in 50 minutes this morning.

Push Day - Go Heavy with little to no rest between sets! Build that power and max working load.

Farmer Walk/Carry lap - Carry as much weight as you can walk with in each hand for one lap.

Burpee Lap - Do Burpees in a forward falling motion for one complete lap.

Slept in this morning before work... legs are pretty thrashed after the last two days. Need a bit of rest.

I road my recumbent bike yesterday 2.4 miles in 10 mins not bad. And food wise im on day 12 in a row staying under my 1500 calories goal.


Went out tonight and bought me a bike so come warmer weather i can use it on the 11 miles of paved river trail we have in my town.
