So here I am FINALLY! I just received Mt Ops weight loss program. I started yesterday and so far I like the way everything tastes and with their Blaze pills for energy and focus I have to say these are the first " energy" pills I've tried that doesn't give me the shakes.
My second day
Breakfast is Oatmeal, morning snack Protein bar
Lunch Meal replacement shake, serving of almonds, Protein bar if needed
Afternoon snack Protein bar, or Meal Replacement shake
Dinner Chicken breast, veggies ( not many I like) or lean meat
I can change up a few things with lunch depending on how hungry I am.
I also did a 3 mile hike so the plan every evening is do some type of cardio, bike, stair stepper, treadmill, hike or walk.
Weight starting from Monday morning is 246! Wow I guess vacations are catching up to me.
