So here I am FINALLY! I just received Mt Ops weight loss program. I started yesterday and so far I like the way everything tastes and with their Blaze pills for energy and focus I have to say these are the first " energy" pills I've tried that doesn't give me the shakes.

My second day
Breakfast is Oatmeal, morning snack Protein bar
Lunch Meal replacement shake, serving of almonds, Protein bar if needed
Afternoon snack Protein bar, or Meal Replacement shake
Dinner Chicken breast, veggies ( not many I like) or lean meat

I can change up a few things with lunch depending on how hungry I am.

I also did a 3 mile hike so the plan every evening is do some type of cardio, bike, stair stepper, treadmill, hike or walk.

Weight starting from Monday morning is 246! Wow I guess vacations are catching up to me.

Good luck IKIC!! I had a interesting weekend. Headed to the coast to do some fishing with a friend and his son. So we get back and eat a good dinner and his wife which is a fitness nut talks Josh and myself to walk down to the gym for a 30 minute work out. She brings her laptop and a CD. Well that CD is a Beach Body in 21 days workout CD. I think OK this will be a breeze for 30 minutes!! So half way through I start asking myself what the H3$$ did I get myself into??????? Man I was using muscles and muttering words I didn't know existed. After that 30 minutes was over I was laying on the floor in a puddle stinky sweat and couldn't move for 10 minutes. Got to be one of the most intense 30 minute workouts there is. I am still sore today and legs at the gym yesterday didn't help. So what lesson did I learn?? Don't let a good looking fitness chick coax you into working out with her for only 30 minutes!! H3%% No!! Josh warned me!!

IKIC I can get you a copy of the CD if you need want it!!! :cool:

Too funny, I did the same thing with some tai chi workouts....wached them a bit and thought "man, they are hardly moving"....then I did it. A 30 min tai chi routine kicks my butt! Somehow they find all those muscles you didnt even know you had :)

My wife does all those workouts. I've done some of them, but usually when she is not around! :)
Can't have my 100lb wife make me look bad! I'd never hear the end of it! :)

Did weights in the morning (back and biceps), then a hike with my wife right before dark with about 50 lb pack. Then shot the bow at dusk with luminocks.

Since starting on Minday I have lost 10lbs (mostly water). Started walking/hiking every night 2-5 miles. It's been a ass kicker but I know the results are already showing. I should drop to a few lbs a week by tomorrow and start loosing real weight. Also legs are feeling good and my breathing is getting deeper. I'm a shallow breather so getting the lungs expanded really helps to recover quick when hiking.

I've had a bit of a headache for about 3 days and not sleeping well. I assume it's kind of a detox and withdrawals from no sugar and a drastic change in diet.

All in all I'm feeling better and making my small goals each day.

Keep at it IKCold. It'll be worth it in a few weeks.

Last night: Another cord of wood for the workout. The firewood warms you 2x! :)

did my hills tues, thurs and today, rode wed and last night now off to a trade show.

professionally speaking i own a furniture store. we just had the best july ever in our 35 years history. It seems to be boom time in cda.

I did legs/lower body yesterday personal record on the leg press 270/10 reps 310/10reps 350/10reps. Leg lifts up to 250 now. Ran a few miles before work this morning. Upper body tomorrow. In three weeks I think I will start to just do maintenance at the gym 3 afternoons a week along with running in the mornings with a couple of pack trips.

I believe I have 7 now. I am almost done, but have a few friends needing some clean up, thus I'll add to the cache. :)
I look at it as a workout in addition to getting heating fuel. :)
