Hope you feel better laxwyo!Sunday night I had a chest workout and felt weak. Monday night, the fever started and pretty much woke up this morning at 8am. Thanks to my little girls for that one.

Well, did a 4 mile hike this evening with a heavy pack. have to say that I am not impressed with where my cardio is at. It is time to push it a little harder and a little farther.
I hear that Scott. Especially when I am chasing Chukar - Cardio is the only conditioning!Cardio is the best conditioning out there for the mountains.
I hate my treadmill- I should sell it so I dont have to think about it. On it for an hour this mourning.Former competitive bodybuilder and powerlift, so I agree about cardio being a 4 letter word. LOL. I just gotta get out on a mountain bike, or some long hikes with my pack. Trying to spend a hour a day on a treadmill aint happenin'.
