Hey guys. I downloaded Fitness Point to track my lifting. I've only had it a few minutes but it's a simple design and seems really functional. I've already set up my workouts.
you log each set and it'll start a rest timer the second you do. It's what I looking for. I paid the 4.99 to get all the exercises and support the developer. Give it a look!

Be very careful. Don't want to re-injure your shoulder.

Well rode recumbent bike 25 mins on rolling hills setting nice steady pace.

Today ill do a shirt run and take tomorrow off before Saturday

Weight wise not feeling a good weigh in coming sunday the last 3 days have been bad calorie wise eatting about 2000-2500 each of those days. Nothing bad food wise just higher calorie intake. My body was tell me it was starving. massive hunger for some reason. So i ate a little more tryin to listen to my body a little bit.

when it is rainy or muddy, embrace the inner child and just play in it.
I would completely enjoy the rain and mudd under normal circumstances. But after seperating my shoulder 3 weeks ago i would prefer not to slip and fall on it.

Listening to your body is a good thing. It's a life time of healthy choices, a few days won't hurt you.
Good luck on Saturday!!

Well i completed the 5K today and it was great time. It was supper slippery muddy and wet from pouring rain. It was fun just hard conditions to run in. The first 2 miles was through a wooded area on a path only wide enough for two people so got backup a few times and then it was muddy in there making it very slippery. And at the start got backed up behind some walkers. So time was awesome but thought for the conditions it was really good. Heres some picks

Muddy shoes a few puddles i had to step in so soaked shoes.

Congrats Marcus! I knew you would do just fine. Considering the injury and field conditions, I'd say you did better than you expected...
Awesome Bro!
