Remember to work both sides evenly, or you become "unbalanced".
you know , it seems no matter how much effort I put into doing just that, I always seem to become unbalanced by nights end.


I actually have one o them chuck Norris total gyms. that I spend about a half hour or so on 3-4 times a week.
don't really try for mass but it does work great to keep the joints limber.

the running thing is to hard on my knees. coarse some of that can be contributed to the bicep workouts.

plan on giving my biceps a good workout on new years eve.in fact ,just may do so each night this weekend.

I have had way to many 12oz curls lately. trying to decide what to do on new years eve. stay silbur and do something the next day or drink a months worth in one night. I am doing a dry january.

Got two good workouts in this week, maintenance this time of year. I think it's fun to go freeze my butt off in the blind next to a cold river and I hear that calorie burn in higher in the cold. I think that's why I tend to lose weight or maintain during the holidays.

Been doing good on the food stuff this week but a monster head cold has help keep me out of the workouts so far especially since my bikes down also.

30 min HIIT Elliptical workout...full resistance/incline, followed by 30 mins circuit training.

Dreadmill lol...love it Bill! As much as I miss running this time of year, I just cant do treadmills.
