Nice pace!! I have a 12+ mile Spartan Beast coming up June 8th, I’m asthmatic tho so winter running is out & I don’t do hamster wheels so I’m sure missing it. Friday says almost 50 tho so I’m gonna get a 5 mile jaunt in.

Changing my routine to a full body work out for a few weeks vice targeting muscle groups daily. I'm interested to see what results I get out of it.
