Got a few weight and running workouts in over the past few days. I've been hitting it hard. Trying to get a few last minute home projects completed, so I've not logged a few of my w/o's. Been throwing in a weekly incline hill runs. I'm always 'mountain prepping'. :D

Skipped my run today after running a trencher 1,500 ft.
It was not a self propelled version either. I pulled that 200+ lb machine for 6 hours. Yeah, I'm whipped.

Raked for an hour got back yard done

Rode recumbent bike 60 mins on cross training setting. Got 21.9 miles

Tuesday
Legs were really sore but still went for a run bit slower then normal but still a nice run

Got in three good workouts this week. Getting the consistency down but this whole duck season thing may just make me workout a little less than normal...

I normally work out 3 times a week but a couple of weeks ago I seem to have hurt my lower back and have not worked out at all. I can almost feel myself getting fatter by the day.

I try and lift 2 or 3 times a week and cardio 6 days but sometimes only five days if i can tell my body needs the extra day

I installed and covered 600 ft of line and buried it today. Hoping to install and cover another 500ft tomorrow. Total body workouts!

Sore knee so did my shorter 25 min hitt fitness video

Thursday
Not feeling motivated to run today. Rode recumbent 50 mins pikes peak 17.5 miles

I got an ok workout in this morning. Have to remember that this time of year is about consistency, just get out there on the days I don't have a long walk to the blind.

This has been very good for me too. Reminds me daily that I am supposed to be doing it. That and Marcus's consistency makes me feel bad for ever making an excuse...
