I try and lift 2 or 3 times a week and cardio 6 days but sometimes only five days if i can tell my body needs the extra dayI normally work out 3 times a week but a couple of weeks ago I seem to have hurt my lower back and have not worked out at all. I can almost feel myself getting fatter by the day.

This has been very good for me too. Reminds me daily that I am supposed to be doing it. That and Marcus's consistency makes me feel bad for ever making an excuse...Quick one before I pick up the kids. My birthday today so got to do the family dinner thing. I'm so glad I got in on this thread. Really keeping me motivated and accountable. First one I check on the forum
