Recumbent bike 50 mins. Cross training setting got 17.25 miles

Really late workout. Been busy traveling to my granparents house ( hour drive) the last two Saturdays after work. His cancer progressed rapidly last 2 weeks and was taken off all chemo and hospice been called in. Just trying to get some time in with him as he was given maybe a month. The last two days he has taken a really heavy decline.

Sorry to hear Marcus.....will add him and your family to my prayers.

Did a heart rate/recovery check last night and I'm in line where I should be after a 80% heart rate work out.

Got a ton of tags to fill 4th season....personal goal is two bull and two cow in my family alone. Something tells me I'm gonna be chasing a little farther this year:) Don't fail me now legs!!!

Thanks guys, my dad and his siblings went over funeral plans with him today to make sure his wishes are taken care of. He is now stuck in bed and only able to sit in chair for a few mins at a time. No longer eating as hes in a lot of pain.

I built a landmine attachment for my squat rack. Man I'm in love with landmine front squat with a press. I suck at squats(bad knees) I do like zercher squats. But I'm sticking with the landmine squats for now.

Treadmill run at 1% Incline- 5 miles at 37:02 with Average pace of 7:23 :cool:

I used to love doing zercher squats. Squats with Chains are the best!

No workout but I totally emptied out the garage and reorganized it. Way better set up for working out now. The gym is coming along great

I too now workout at home. You just have to be disciplined enough to stick with it. Distractions occur very easily. But 20 years of hard core gym workouts ingrained a good discipline into me. Keep after it bro.

Yeah i had to get the wife together to help organize the basement so i could get my equipment and space for workouts its nice having it at home. Hard to say you dont have time when its right down stairs

I slacked this week. Two mornings in the duck blind were a lot of fun but it tends to cut down on my workouts. I will try to hit it really hard this weekend!
