Fast Food is your nemeses! Avoid it at all costs!!
Last time I ate fast food, it was burger king for lunch one day with my wife for a quick date before the kids got out of school for the summer. I felt like a brick got planted in my stomach. Didn't eat until lunch the next day. I just can't take the grease anymore.

I took 3 out of my 4 managers down a whitewater run yesterday. WE had a blast. It was cool to row them down, especially after all they have done for me.

but one observation, I had at dinner after the run was. I was the only one, who did not order something deepfried. I don't know where I am going with this, but those little decisions do add up.

1 hour on the bike trail. Earlier I did 70 pull ups, with what I've labeled aerial crunches. I pull my chin over the bar, holds it there, then bring my knees to my chest. I can only do 10-15 at a time, but holy smokes there a work out.

according to strava, i completed the july cycling challenge of climbing over 8000 meters for the month of july. Now i am off to the airport to catch a plane to a trade show. I always eat like a pig at tradeshows.

Did the 2.5 miles with the 70lb pack a couple more times. Today I wore my new Saloman GTX 4D boots. They are light and super comfortable but don't offer quite the ankle support I want side-hilling with that much weight. I think they beat my Danner Pronghorns they replaced and will sure have a place in my hunting gear. If I wear them hunting though I'll pack the first load of meat to the truck if I'm successful and then wear a stiffer boot back in. They are definitely the most comfortable boot out of the box and easiest to break in I've had. The walk I'm mostly doing is getting to easy especially since the temp dropped. I've repeated the same work-out to many times. I think I'm going to start doing T25 2x to 3x per week and hike with weight 2x per week for the next month and see where that gets me. T25 I'll stick with the Cardio and Lower Focus, and Full Body Circuit videos. I also got wrist and ankle weights ordered today to try when hiking.

Carry that same pack but up your distance to 5 miles. That'll really let you know how your feet feel in those boots and give you a little better workout

Okay, a bit contour productive, but 2.8 miles 25 minutes. Then a small ice cream cone, and a beer. I guess you still have to live a little.

Friday
Shorter less impact ride on my recumbent bike. 30 mins on ride in the park setting 9 miles. Shorter time trying to get aome sleep after a busy night

Saturday
Went for a run was hoping to get a long 8 mile run in. But some runners trot stopped me short of that. Which sucks cause other wise i was fewling good and good pace .About mile 4 had to make a pit stop then started up again only made it another mile before it acted up again. After some reading on the topic i think it was from eatting dinner to close to my run and being under hydrated.

Sunday
Rest day. But did some like cleaning and some light yard work.

Weighin was good down 3 pounds to 268.8 putting me only up 6 pounds from my low point i hit in may

You are right, need to increase the distance. It starts getting harder to find the extra time as I increase the distances but it has to happen. I need to bring in new challenges with the new month.
