I am 100% with Guy on this. I wont mention any names but I will tell you my turn off years ago about SFW. I attended several banquets contributed lots of hard earned money and time to a good cause until that one evening when I heard the big wigs and ass kissers all mingling and one individual said " Well i have to go and do my thing with all these low life hillbillys" I could not believe what I had just heard. I have not nor will I ever participate in anything to do with SFW or MDF. Its all about the money!!!!! As for the DWR.... wow, thats a whole nother ball game.

So whats an average sportsman to do to remedy this situation? I can contact my congressman, I have on the past but it has felt as though nothing helped. Is there a greater or larger organization that I can get behind to support this change? Also, impressed with what "zim" and his colleagues accomplished in AZ, is that possible here in Utah.?

Don't you have at least 2 people who represent you in the Utah Legislature....a state representative and a state senator? Contact them and tell them how you feel about how things are being run in your F & G department.

I understand your point and I have already as you mentioned. If that is all that can be done, I have done it. My point is it seems to go nowhere. Tonight our local news is covering this very topic. Hopefully it will have enough bite to elicit change.

This is a good start. Just hope this reporter took his kid gloves off for this one. Also eager to see if Don Peay manned up and faced the cameras. I SEVERELY doubt it. If so he brought his jumbo hookah pipe and several large mirrors.

They did a great job. Send them some thank you's and ask them to continue investing it. Keep the pressure on and the wheels turning. This is a great opportunity to apply as much pressure as possible and break this corrupt system.

I am going to write a detailed email this weekend with a list of past scandals SFW has had their meat hooks in. I bet this reporter has no clue about those. But he could only mention so much in the brief air time available.
