How do you carry your range finder?

I use the old style Leica with a cabelas cover and bino harness. I really like it this way but want to upgrade to the new Leica and not sure how it will work with a bino harness.

Trying a range snap this year. Ususally just keep it in my vest pocket up until this point. However it fogs up using that method.

I have a pouch on the belt portion of my pack that I keep items I need frequently. Range finder and GPS are usually in that pouch. Binos are on a harness.

I use the lanyard my Leica came with around my neck and usually keep it inside of my outer layer so its not banging into my binos.

I use the Crooked horn outfitters RF Hook UP. it works really good.
I just checked this out because i hadn't heard of it. It is exactly what I have been looking for so I just ordered it. Having it tethered to my belt has been a pain in the butt and requires too much movement. I did some research and it looks like it will work fine with my Kuiu bino harness. Thanks for this suggestion!

The pouch on the belt. If it is far enough to need the rangefinder, the animal likely is unaware of my presence.

This problem definitely varies between bow hunting and rifle hunting that's for sure. It wasn't until I started bow hunting that it really affected me.

Yep, I'd have to rethink how I would carry my gear if I was archery hunting. I've never tried to shoot my bow with binos on a harness before. I would think they would get in the way. I'm usually hunting from a tree during archery season so I just hang my binos in the tree.

I use the FHF harness with the rangefinder pouch mounted to the right of my binos. It works great!

Also, I never shoot my bow without my bino harness on, and it doesn't get in the way of my shooting. I like to practice the way I am going to hunt.
