I might be crazy but it will stop when more than a select few are packing! Dare I say that won't happen to me without a damn good fight! That is a disgrace! 9,000,000 votes in Fl. The people spoke and majority won. Hunt on CC!
very true, you don't see this happening in states where a lot of us are packing.

I'm at work now (Saudi Arabia) and its rather interesting to hear the comments. They generally for the most part fall into two opinion groups.

1) Workers (who make up 27 different countries from around the world) are excited to hear that Trump was elected.

2) People who know they are doing something illegal and are worried about getting caught.

What I got heartburn with though is good law abiding, entered legally men have families that are being harassed due to how they look or talk. That part just isnt right.

certainly can't argue with that. I agree it is not right.

There is no such thing as a wasted vote. I have the right to vote for whomever I want, and me expressing my thoughts in the democratic process is not a waste. A waste to you, maybe, because you wanted that vote for Trump. But that is entirely subjective, and by that logic, any vote for anyone except your candidate is a waste. I don't buy that argument one bit.
There was only 1 person with any chance of beating Hillary and that was Trump. If you didnt vote for Trump you voted for Hillary. Voting for someone no chance of winning is a wasted vote at best.

To be fair elections should go by counties. Any candidate would need to win in a majority of counties to win the state. That way the elections wouldnt be controlled by a few counties with high popultions

so by your logic, i have to either vote for Hillary, which in your mind is a waste because she's not qualified,.or i have to vote for Trump. so i either have to agree with you and vote for your candidate, or im wrong? that is not how democracy works, but ok.

Musket Man has a very valid point. depending on what state you live in a vote for any candidate other than trump or Clinton is a vote for the other. pointless to vote for any of the others that were running. yes there were others running, however, they had 0 chance of winning. democracy? no body forced anyone to vote a certain way, although the liberals do a damn fine job doing just that by giving a way free handouts. in Idaho if I had 1,000 votes for just myself I could've put them towards a constitutionalist and it wouldn't have made a difference. in Florida it could've meant Clinton would be president now. I'm jut glad its over now and wishing Clinton on Obama would step up and tell these rioters to chill out.

Not true in my opinion. I voted for Johnson/Weld. I knew they had no chance of winning however I made a point with my vote that I was not happy with the "2" choices and it might be time to that this country needs a third option until the GOP and Dems shape up and figure out what all Americans want and need.

By only voting for Trump or Clinton, you are saying you are perfectly happy with the establishment.

This kind of attitude is why our system is broken beyond repair. Democracy is not just choosing between one of two assholes that are forced upon you by out of touch parties and people.

no. lack of morality in our citizens and their love of freebies is why our system is broken. talk to most voters long enough and you will discover some welfare program they think they are entitled to.

I agree it is disgusting that those two were the best and brightest we could put up . but lack of morality is the reason for it . folks love drama and say what you will they were both drama queens.

it would be swell to live in a world where your pick actually had a chance to win .or one where unicorns pooped gold bricks. but alas, we do not.

If Johnson was a decent person he woundnt have even run. All he did was give Hillary a better chance of winning. Remember Ross Perot elected Bill Clinton. Voting for someone with no chance of winning is like having the 2 biggest bucks in the unit in front of you and shooting at a rock 50 yards above them on purpose. Its a wasted shot. I dont vote for the best candidate, I try to defeat the worst candidate. Like it or not that is politics. In this case the worst was Hillary. I supported Trump from the start because I thought he was the only one that could beat Hillary. My choice for president was Ted Cruz but I didnt think he could win the general election so i voted for Trump in the primary. To take that a step farther i really wanted Allan West to be president but since he wasnt even running I knew he couldnt win. So I voted for Trump.

My pick for president of 319,000,000 was Donald Trump. Mr. Trump is the most qualified President-elect ever, imo. He can deal with world leaders from the beginning. We wil prolly get our credit rating back. I know for sure we will get some respect from world leaders. Liberal and the pc will give Mr. Trump all the hate and grief they possible can. I could care less what happens to these people.
Hilary, on the other hand is one of the meanest criminals ever. How anyone could vote for her is beyond me. There is nothing her or Bill would not or have not done to get their way. Sending three Arkansas state troopers to put the fear of God in Gary Johnson to hiring protesters to cause violence at Trump rallies. I just hope both Clintons are headed to jail. The list of suicides is still growing

That is basically counting one vote more than others...but ok. Great idea.
