I did not vote for Hillary (Romney write-in), but I wonder if you would be singing a different tune about the electoral college if Trump had won the popular vote but not the electoral college?
I wouldn't of been happy if Hillary would of won but I would of accepted her as the President elect, that is our system and while it may be far from perfect what other one out there in the world is better?

Also in my opinion and I know everyone has one, is that a write in vote for a person that wasn't even running was a wasted vote. Even more so than a vote for one of the other candidates that didn't have a chance in Hades to win. But that was your choice to do as you wanted.

Perhaps we should go to a system that your ballot is already filled out for you and all you do is sign your name. Then everyone can be pissed off.

And to think that if we would of went off of the popular vote Hillery would of been in and not Trump, but then Gore would of also won back in 2000 instead of Bush jr.
Perhaps if Gore had won we wouldn't still be stuck in the middle east quagmire after all these years.

You never know what might of happened, but then again we could be in a bigger mess. You never know.

Perhaps if I would of picked the Ravens, Arizona Diamondbacks, and the LA Lakers to win their league championship back in 2001 I could of retired a lot earlier with a lot more money.

if obama hadn't won , in all probability ,we would still be in the middle east but it would not be the quagmire it is today.

If you want to really SEE how our country votes and feels, both liberal & conservative, look at an election result map of the US. Make sure it is colored red & blue representing the parties by county. All of the states that the democrats won are dominated by the city vote. Look at Idaho, Wyoming & Nevada. Almost the whole state is red except for the major population areas like Boise, Jackson & Las Vegas. This is repeated in every state. Here in Colorado the front range from Denver to Colorado Springs dominate the state with their liberal vote. The population center of New York & California totally dominate the states and the rest of the country pales in comparison to their liberal vote.

I really don't know what can be done about it, but is pretty sad to see a few areas of the country (on both coasts) control the election (except for this one!)
The blue also correlates to where the most hand outs are given to the " I'd rather collect welfare and sit at home instead of working crowd "

yeah but let's face it . those welfare recipients are very prevelant throughout the nation also. sorta hope I DON'T LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO SEE THE ELECTION MAP TWENTY YEARS FROM NOW. IT'S GONNA BE ALMOST ENTIRELY BLUE.

The battle is just beginning. Liberals are just disposable pawns on a chessboard programmed by higher powers. I'll be upgrading my concealed carry this weekend from the .380 to something with a little more thump. This will be ugly for a while. But once the economy is better, more people have good jobs and the country is safer... even some knucklehead dembots may wake up.

There is no such thing as a wasted vote. I have the right to vote for whomever I want, and me expressing my thoughts in the democratic process is not a waste. A waste to you, maybe, because you wanted that vote for Trump. But that is entirely subjective, and by that logic, any vote for anyone except your candidate is a waste. I don't buy that argument one bit.

IMO a wasted vote is when someone who has the right to vote does not vote at all. There are a lot more choices than just the presidential candidates. All your local and congressional and senate races are also very important.

Protest only work if human rights have been violated protesting for not getting your way is just crying
Agreed! Protesting because you are angry about the election results with no goal or a goal that could be accomplished through protesting is pointless.
Time to move on, I'm sure I'm not the only one tired of talking about politics.
Let's get back to talking about hunting.

yes it will but not until the day comes that we stop tolerating it.
I might be crazy but it will stop when more than a select few are packing! Dare I say that won't happen to me without a damn good fight! That is a disgrace! 9,000,000 votes in Fl. The people spoke and majority won. Hunt on CC!
