"No one needs to be able to kill at two, three, EVEN FOUR HUNDRED YARDS!!!!! to hunt a deer."

"These weapons release 50! bullets every pull of the trigger that are the same size as the bullet from an AR15! Any reasonable person would recognize that as a machine gun. No one needs that kind of power to hunt birds and rabbits."

being the exceptional hunter I am ,no I don't NEED one.actually don't even want one.

BUT I have zero problem with those that do want them , owning them! frankly, I don't care wether they NEED them or not. if they WANT THEM AND CAN AFFORD THEM IT IS THEIR GOD GIVEN RIGHT ,TO OWN THEM!

are we really gonna start outlawing things based on wether we NEED it or not?????????????

do women NEED a closet full of shoes? THEM THINGS'LL TAKE AN EYE OUT WHEN DE WIFE CHUCKS ONE AT YA.

does anyone really NEED MORE THEN ONE CAR??? pretty tough to drive two at once.

how about pets ? does anyone really NEED one? how many pets have attacked people???? by GODS we betta ban em!

how about corvettes?? sure they make some feel better about their small package but do they really NEED IT.

DO COLLEGE BABIES REALLY NEED THEIR "safe spaces"????????????

how about air conditioning?? mankind thrived for milleniums without them, better ban em.

airplanes ???? if GOD wanted man to fly he would have given us wings.

POINT IS THE, "DON'T NEED THEM", ARGUEMENT IS A PRETTY STUPID ARGUEMENT!

But that is exactly what will happen. Gun control is incremental, and the side that thinks they are unnecessary are smart enough to keep quiet about their end goals. Those who think their particular weapon is safe from seizure by government employees who get whatever guns they desire had better think long and hard about jumping on "Team Evil Black Rifle".

Haven’t bought much from Dicks over the years. Definitely won’t from here on out! Canceling my membership to REI too now. I’ve always been suspect of them anyway. Their latest stunt proves my suspicions.

Yeah he did. He didn't talk like that back when he needed to get re-elected. Back then he still needed the $600,000 that the NRA contributed to his re-election campaign. Now that he is not expected to seek re-election in 2020 he can safely betray his constituents.
While collecting his cushy lifetime pension and heathcare benefits.

I was just over on another hunting site and they have complied a list of anti-hunting, anti-gun companies over the last little while.
Each company has given different reasons for what they are doing and what they are against.

Here is the list. Some of them are new and some have been doing it for quite a while now:

Delta Airlines
American Airlines
United Airlines
British Airways
Virgin Airlines
Air Canada
Holiday Inn
REI
Camping World
Verizon
Face Book
Hewlett-Packard
National Basket Ball Association
Nikon Cameras
North Face
Whole Foods
Target
Pay Pal
Levi Strauss & Co
Enterprize Holding
Hertz
Avis and Budget
Symantec
TureCar
MetLife
SimpliSafe
First National Bank of Omaha

Correct Horsenhike. Jim Zumbo found out the hard way about vilifying black rifles.

That list would be good for permanent stickies on all hunting sites! Thanks for posting, Jim! If there are others to add on the list please let us know.

Verison is the only cell phone company that has signal where I live. I tried switching and ended up having to go back, my phone just didn't work half the places Verison does. I also have to use Paypal on occasion for an Ebay purchase. The rest of the list I can keep my money away from. I'd go away from Paypal and Verison too if there was a good option.

Everyone can decide for themselves on what or who they want to patronize.

There are even a few on the list that I do use when I have to.

I?m surprised they still are able to keep stores open If there is an Academy sports in the same town. They sell the exact same products, academy is generally cheaper and has way better selection.
lol. better selection of EXACT same products.
