Bow suggestions for a tall person

I'm going to get a new bow and I'd like suggestions or opinions on bows for people 6'5" and above. By no means an I a bow hunting purist, it's something I enjoy when I have the time and my knowledge on the subject is limited. Any tall hunters here want to chime in I'd appreciate it!

My PSE X-Force is adjustable to 31.5" length. It is an awesome bow but not super forgiving. It does however shoot flat enough that I can use my top pin for zero to 40 yards. I can't recommend any other brands but if you google long draw length many options are out there. I recommend finding a bow shop that has a few options so you can actually shoot the bows. If you have a Scheels close, they usually carry a couple of options. It is a challenge now but the extra speed and power gained by the extra length is awesome. For sure a "problem" a lot of guys would love to have.

Even though I am 5 inches shorter, I'd recommend a bow at least 35 inches axle to axle. 36-38 might be better.

That way you can have a "nose on string" anchor. Shorter ATA's make this hard with the string angle.

Pretty sure all the big name bows have a long dl option. Best thing is to get fitted at a bow shop and have them tell you your options.

I'd look at a bow that has a longer ata 34-38". Make sure your dl is correct, which means at full draw, standing straight up with the nock under your eye.

I found a sweet deal on a Bear Anarchy HC. 35.5 ata. 7.25 bh. Very quiet very smooth. Paid $480. Retailed for $899. Look on ebay

I agree with everyone else on the longer ATA. For long arms and long draw lenghths, you start getting limited options. A lot of the adjustable cam's like Bowtech will allow you to fit the bow a little better, but you will have to check their specs to see if they have a longer draw. I would bet that you are 31" or above on the draw length. You can always get a fixed cam like most of the Mathews bows, but make sure you get fitted right to begin with. I'm a bowtech fan, so I would look at the Boss or Insanity CPXL from them first. If those don't suit you, Hoyt has a couple of long draw bows, but the ATA isn't as long as others. Mathews has some options as well, but the ATA is either too short for my liking or the price tag is double what I like to see. Elite Energy 35, PSE Decree HD, and PSE FreakSP are a couple more I'd look at.
