Not 400 but looks 350 to me and that is a stud bull. And a 350 bull as your first bow animal is amazing, that's like shooting a 190" mule deer with a bowView attachment 10632
Here is my 2014 NV Bull
Nowhere near 400 but I'm still very pleased with him, plus he is my first big game with a bow.
Most elk hunters will never take a bull this big... Be very proud. 400" is not a realistic measuring stick in my opinion. Any bull with a bow is a trophy and any mature bull is very special with a bow. A bull like this, 350ish, is a bull of a lifetime.View attachment 10632

350 is huge IMO!Most elk hunters will never take a bull this big... Be very proud. 400" is not a realistic measuring stick in my opinion. Any bull with a bow is a trophy and any mature bull is very special with a bow. A bull like this, 350ish, is a bull of a lifetime.
Yea if they are that old. But if I walked up on a dead buck that was fresh you can't just cut the antlers off.Is nv different then most states that they will let you keep antlers that have skull attached
Good lookin buck! Congrats to your pops!My dad got it done on his muzzy hunt. We chased some really good buck, but he decided this one was good enough. The weather was deteriorating, and the stalk set up was perfect. 26 inch 4 point. View attachment 10751
